ConstructionResale is an online resale platform for the UK construction industry. Users can use our system to buy and sell used and new construction related materials and equipment. Registration and advertising are free, we charge a comission on sales. You can also opt to elevate your ad within the site, as a 'Homepage Featured Item' for example. Contractors! You can use ConstructionResale to trade in used temporary works products, excess/used/reclaimed building materials, site offices, fill materials, aggregates and plant improving project cash flow as well as reducing waste and increasing industry resource efficiency.

Construction suppliers! You can use ConstructionResale to advertise slow moving and end of line products that are using up storage space and could ultimately face the skip.

Our system allows the seller to set both a Reserve Price and a Buy Out Price, protecting the seller and closing auctions once a satisfactory bid has been placed. Sellers dictate the terms of delivery and buyers are able to ask sellers questions through our messaging system. Auctons can be set up as fixed price or traditional, sellers can also invite buyers to 'Make an Offer'.

The fixed percentage fee on the completion of a sale is 3%. Monthly invoiced credit accounts are provided free of charge for registered Business users.

ConstructionResale Internal Solutions

Major Contractors! You can benefit from ConstructionResale software internally by having a private system developed and branded specifically for your organisation.

Our system would allow your sites to advertise available materials, plant and temporary works equipment to other sites within your organisation before uploading these items to the main ConstructionResale site if no longer required internally.
